**Return and Exchange Policy**
At Dominozee, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from your purchase, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
**How to Initiate a Return or Exchange**
Should you face any issues with your order, please contact us at dominozee@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to review eligibility and conditions.
**Conditions for Return or Exchange**
We can offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
- The item is in a sellable condition, in its original packaging with all tags intact. - The item has not been worn, damaged, or washed.
- We are notified within 48 hours upon receipt of the item.
- The item is sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Please note that we only offer exchanges or store credits. **Sale Items**
Items labeled as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
**Return of Discounted Items**
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
**Non-Returnable Items**
We cannot accept returns for items that do not match the ordered size, color, or style. We recommend referring to the size chart on our website before placing your order.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for personal items such as Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear.
**Return Process**
Once you contact our Support Service at dominozee@hotmail.com and specify the item, please attach a photo of the defect or discrepancy or state the reason for the return. After that, our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us By email: dominozee@hotmail.com
We only accept returns if the item is in its original condition, with consumer attributes, stamps, factory labels, and the packing box untouched.
We will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions. Please, do not return the item to the address on the parcel, as that is not our return address. Items returned without prior notice to our Support Service will not be accepted.
**Shipping Costs for Returns**
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable and
will be deducted from your refund.
If the item you're returning is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Refunds**
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of retrieval.
**Delayed or Missing Refunds**
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at dominozee@hotmail.com**Gifts**
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
